Zorzi Construzioni is active in the Bergamo Province, being present in the region
with a number of real estate proposals as well as active building sites in Valle Seriana.
Zorzi Construzioni is specialized in the planning, construction and sales of holiday homes; all our buildings are situated in privileged locations (positions), both from the point of view of the landscapes as well as the solar exposure. Moreover they are built with vanguard building techniques, using traditional and proven quality: the efforts are always directed to respect the environment and the satisfaction of our customers.
The territory in which we mainly operate is the Valle Seriana, which is constituted of 38 municipalities, that in the last few years have been grouped in an only Comunità Montana (Mountain Community). The wealth of the Valley is the territory; it is a resource that, thanks to its characteristics is not easily reached by the competition because it offers unique and original peculiarities.
The territorial vastness, the altimetrical variations,
the geology and the complex history satisfy different types of tourism .
The Valley counts on the winter, cultural and religious, as well as the sportsman and open space tourism.
Our initiatives are located near the Presolana which is the most suggestive summit of the Orobie Alps.
The Presolana represents one of the most important points of the Lombardic tourism; discovered in the thirties,
thanks to a selected (an elite) group of tourist , in prevalence constituted of noble and intellectual travelers,
still today, is appreciated by the tourists, who can enjoy extraordinary landscapes made up of alpine shelters,
shepherd huts covered with flowers, and breathtaking panoramas. Our houses are situated at 40 km
from Bergamo and 10 km from the Iseo Lake.
